Founded in 2012 by two senior Canadian marine engineers with decades of industry experience, Excellent Marine and Offshore Services (EMOS) delivers expert-driven technical solutions to the global maritime and offshore sectors. Our core team is supported by a trusted global network of associates, many of whom hold senior managerial roles within leading maritime organizations worldwide.

Our expertise is built on real-world experience—serving as Chief Engineers aboard Gas, Chemical, Petroleum, Offshore, and Bulk vessels, and later as shore-based Technical Superintendents and Fleet Managers. Collectively, we have supervised over 100 dry dockings, numerous vessel retrofits, conversions, and newbuilds across international shipyards, giving us an in-depth understanding of technical, commercial, and operational challenges in ship management.

Our Team

EMOS is led by a senior marine engineer and graduate of the prestigious World Maritime University, with over 30 years of experience managing vessels across the Gas, Chemical, Petroleum, and Offshore sectors. He has successfully overseen major oil rig retrofits and newbuild projects, while also developing highly efficient marine supply chains.

Our core technical staff includes two veteran Chief Engineers with extensive seagoing and shore-based experience. This team is backed by a wide-reaching network of experienced professionals, allowing us to offer dependable technical support to clients across all major maritime regions.
